staying young by using simple techniques

Billions of cells die and are replaced with new one in our body. In regeneration process, cells can be healthy or weak. This depends upon what we do or what we eat. If regenerated cells are weak, they will degenerate soon. The aging process will be fast due to early degeneration of cells.

In order to stay young, your motive must be to slow down your aging process and stop early degeneration of cells in your body.
