Diwali is just around the corner, and we all are being ready to celebrate it. The aroma of sweets is filled in the air and the markets all around are flooded with colourful lights, diyas, lanterns, and firecrackers. However, several people have to face complications such as burns, weight gain, etc. after or during the celebration. Here are some practical tips on how to stay healthy and happy this Diwali.

Keep a First Aid Kit Handy

The chances of having health issues are very high during Diwali as there are fireworks and crackers everywhere. Therefore, it is essential to have a First Aid Kit that includes eye drops, creams, antiseptic cream, and inhalers handy to save having any significant complications.

Take healthy and hygienic meals

You should stay away from ghee-laden desserts and sweets. Take only homemade sweets such as kheer and shrikhand. You can also take dry fruits such as almonds, raisins, dates, and cashews for a healthy diet.

Keep yourself hydrated
