It is 100 per cent true that ‘an apple a day keeps the doctor away’. Taking an apple a day can support you to keep your fat at a bay. There are five grams of fibre in a serving of apples. Apart from sweetness, they are crunchy and keep you active during the day. The apples have antioxidants that will keep you look younger.

Avocado

Avocados are acknowledged to be fatty. But do not get worried. They are also rich in proteins and fibre and these will help to lose weight.

Bell Peppers

Whether you select green, yellow or red bell peppers, they provide you the appropriate amount of vitamins. You can include bell peppers in the form of soup or salad. You can eat them raw too.

Eggs

Include eggs in your daily diet. The white part contains proteins and the yellow part contains fats. If your aim is to lose your weight, avoid taking yellowish part of eggs. Take only whitish part. Enriched in protein, the intake of egg whitish keeps you full for a longer time and can be your best breakfast.

Cinnamon

Add a pinch of cinnamon instead of sugar or beverages. It will help you to have increased energy and to release insulin slowly in your system as it is totally guilt free.
