Masala Chai – Take a Cup of Different Tea

There is hardly a person who does not take tea. In most of houses, it is an essential beverage. You can bring a change in your taste of daily chai (tea) and it works wonder to your mood. It will refresh your mood and increases your immunity. On a regular use, you will have stronger immunity and you cannot have frequent cough & cold and headache.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 and half cup water
  • 2 teaspoons tea leaves
  • 3 spoon sugar
  • Half inch ginger crushed
  • 2-3 mint leaves
  • 4-5 tulsi leaves
  • 1 pod of cardamom

Method 

  • Boil water in a tea pan
  • Add tulsi leaves, tea leaves and sugar
  • Keep boiling
  • Now you can add milk, crushed cardamom and mint leaves
  • Continue boiling for some time
  • Pour it into tea-mugs
  • Serve it in cups with snacks
