Make your tummy flat with these three simple exercises
Today, no one wants to be called fat. All of you want to have a slim and fit body that requires you to do workouts. Due to the fear of exhaustion or injury, some of you don’t take exercises that can make you slim and fit. In our series of fitness exercise, we have come up with three simple exercises that will help you to have a flat tummy and a fit body. Do these exercises daily along with a 20-minute brisk walk in the morning.
Bent your knees, keep your feet flat and tilt your back after sitting on the floor. Extend your legs to make a right angle. Pull your abs in to a balance. Keep your arms at your shoulder height and past your knees. Stay in this position for five slow breaths and come back to your previous position. Repeat the entire session 5 times a day.
Lie down by keeping your back on the floor. Take your hands behind your head. Bend your legs to make a 45-degree angle and take your right knee to your chest while keeping your left leg straight. Rotate your top half at the same time and bring your left elbow to your right knee and thereafter change the side. Repeat for one minute and do the entire session three times in a day.
Lift yourself up onto toes and forearms by keeping your face down and bend your elbows to 90 degrees. Keep your core muscles tight and legs straight. Be in this position for 10 seconds. Repeat three times a day.
