GOLGAPPE RECIPE

Your mouth starts watering when you listen to Golgappe or Panipuri. Do not wait for going outside to take it. Collect the required ingredients and prepare it at your home in 20-30 minutes. For Golgappe Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1-Cup Suiji
  • 1-Cup Maida
  • 1-Cup lukewarm water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1-Tablespoon oil

Method:

  • Take a big bowl and mix suiji, maida, salt, oil, lukewarm water and flour in it
  • Keep the mixture aside for 20-25 minutes
  • Mix the mixture with your hands again to make it soft and divide it into three parts
  • Roll one part of the flour/mixture
  • Use a small bowl or bottle-cover to make the round pieces of the rolled flour
  • Keep the pieces covered with a clean cloth
  • Use the left parts of the flour to make round pieces
  • Take a frying pan and place it on the medium flame. Heat oil in it
  • Fry the round pieces in the heated oil and keep them in an open pot for 3 hours to make them hard
  • Now, Golgappe is ready. You can serve them with imli water.
