Showing happiness is a blunder
You know most of the people show that they are happy. They show this to feel relaxed and to get rid of stress. This happens only from the outside, not from the inside. Keep in mind that the act of showing happiness is only the practice to neglect the bad time. This makes them more stressed. Therefore, you should not do this. Try to be happy from the inside.
New way to be happy is beneficial
Professor Martin Seligman, University of Pennsylvania, has disclosed some new formulas for being happy in the book – A Visionary New Understanding of Happiness and Well Being. According to him, it is morally harmful to be happy only from the inside and to neglect the bad time. Here is the new way to be happy:
Know your inner capacity. And for this, you can recall the time when you had done very well and this would have made you pride and feel happiness. If such a time in your life is not very big, it is sure there would be small good things. Recall them all one by one every night. This exercise will make you happy from all the side and you will feel energized.
