Detox Water Recipes for Cleaning Out Our System

Aloe Vera Water

Along with so many positive properties for human body Aloe Vera has very good detoxification qualities for our body. A detoxifier made by Aloe vera can work as a body cleaner and flush our body from inside.

Ingredients needed:

  • Aloe vera
  • Lemon
  • Water

How to prepare:

  • Take a glass of water
  • Take a tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Take one table spoon Aloe vera gel from its leaf.
  • Mix Aloe vera gel and lemon juice with water taken in the glass.

 

Apple Cider Water

The old proverb says:” An apple a day keeps the doctor away”. The delicious apple has various health benefits as it has adequate amounts of vitamins including Vitamin E. An apple detox water works wonders on the digestive system and keeps acidity at bay. Apples are a great source of antioxidants that help in flushing out toxins from your system and in turn boost your energy levels.

Ingredients needed:

  • A jar filled with clean water
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Ice pieces

How to prepare:

  • Start the process by cutting the apple into thin slices
  • Cut the cinnamon stick too into fine pieces. 
  • Add the apple slices and the cinnamon pieces into a jar of clean water.
  • Add a few cubes of ice so that the drink becomes chilled.
  • Let it rest for about half an hour before you decide to serve it. 

Drink one glass before your meals. Keep apple-cinnamon water in the fridge not more than 3 days. You can add additional apple slices or cinnamon if you prefer a stronger taste.

Lemon Cucumber Mint Water

Lemons are high in Vitamin C and Cucumber contains excellent rehydration, and anti-inflammatory properties. Mint is also a rich source of Vitamin C, as well as important minerals like calcium and magnesium. Cucumbers and lemons go well together, and in this recipe they have included the cooling effect of fresh mint to the water got the great taste, health benefits and flush your system and help you feel better.

 

Ingredients needed:

  • 12 cups of filtered water (3 quarts)
  • 1 medium organic cucumber
  • 2-3 small organic lemons
  • 10-12 organic mint leaves

How to prepare:

Wash lemons and cucumbers; slice thinly. Add lemons, cucumber, and mint to pitcher. Cover with water and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Once pitcher is chilled, serve to friends and enjoy.
