We walk, jog or run with slippers or shoes on and this is our second nature, as we walked barefoot in the beginning of the civilisation or early period. Walking barefoot is termed as grounding or earthing and is the first nature. Here are several reasons to walk barefoot:

Most of the doctors suggest their eye patients walk barefoot on the grass early in the morning. Walking on the grass in the morning activates several pressure points in our feet and this improves our eyesight.

Walking barefoot enhances your immunity. To walk without having shoes or slippers on activates several sensory nerve endings and receptors of our foot sole and it enables the foot sole to send positive vibes to the body. Walking barefoot in the sun improves your bone calcium. You need to do it when sun rays are not harmful, especially early in the morning or in the evening.

Like the principle of gravity, blood circulates well in our soles. Walking barefoot works as a counter effect and this improves the blood circulation in the entire body.
