5 Simple, but effective tips on how to stay young and healthy

Do you know why we get older or seem to get old? I think you know it. If not, keep in mind that it is the age that makes us be old and lose our youthfulness. Due to growing age, the process of repairing broken cells or making new cells in our body slows down. Broken cells lead you to have wrinkles on your face & skin and weaken your immune system.

Like air and water, food is essential to living our lives. Having a balanced diet is the most effective tip on how to stay young and healthy. Here the balanced diet means that the food that you take as your breakfast, lunch, dinner or supper should have all the nutritional elements such as carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamin and minerals. Taking balanced diet helps you to stay healthy and this leads you to stay young, as your body is capable of fighting with diseases and your immune system is strong.

Keep it in mind that having a balanced diet is not sufficient to stay young, healthy and fit. You need to be physically active and take exercises on a regular basis. It is not necessary to do workouts of high intensity. Just take stairs instead of lifts or escalators, go for a morning and evening walk for at least 30 minutes, run or jog.

Your life is very short. Do not make it too short. Enjoy every moment of it, keeping bad things or happenings aside. Keep in mind that good and bad days come up from time to time. Here I mean you should give enough time for you. You should dress well and have sunscreen lotion on your body especially face when you go out in the sun.
