3 Exercises For A Toned Midriff
Eager to wear that crop top, but you get worried about showing off your flabby stomach. Every girl or woman wishes to have a flat and toned stomach. However, most of the women follow a healthy diet along with regular workouts, but getting a toned midriff is a very tough task. Here are three exercises for a toned midriff. Taking these exercises can make you look fabulous.
Lie down with facing your stomach to the floor. Place your palms on the floor and maintain a stretched spine with your shoulder blades. Breathe out and lift your back toward the ceiling making your legs pushed back. Presume an upturned ‘V’ pose.
Lie down on the floor. Go to your right side and bend your knees slightly. Make a cross by keeping your left foot in front of your right one. Put your right hand on the floor and the left one behind the head. Take your hips off the ground to bring your body in a diagonal position.
Lie down on the floor facing your head to the ceiling and press your lower back to the ground. Place your hands behind your head after interlocking the fingers. Take your knees to your chest and take your shoulder blades towards the ceiling. Keep your right leg out to make a 45-degree angle and turn your upper body to the left. Take your right elbow to the left knee to make a pedalling position. Do the entire session for 10-20 times.
