Now, come to milk. Milk is highly rich in protein and fat. In addition, it contains vitamins and minerals like Biotin, Iodine, Magnesium, Pantothenic acid, Potassium, Riboflavin, Selenium, Thiamine, Vitamin A, Vitamin B12, Vitamins D and Vitamin K.
Intake a glass of milk a day can help you to get rid of your orthopaedic problems soon.
Now, come to honey. Honey have natural remedy for cough SUPPRESSANT. It is also loaded with antioxidants which help prevent damage cell as result one can forever young for long time.
- Two apples
- Half tsp cinnamon powder
- Three cups of chilled milk
- Two tsp sugar
- Two tsp honey
- Few crushed ice cubes
- Apple slices
- Peel the apples
- Dice into cubes
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender properly
- Pour the mixer in a glass
- Decorate it with apple slices
- Serve it chilled
