Enjoy the harmony of life but never get overindulged in silly things. To look fit and stay younger, follow the basic norms of life. You will always look younger than usual. Don’t get over fictitious about your age, accept the natural motion, but give a close look at your health. And do not try to do anything excessive like a star in a film or movie!!! Being a common man, always act like a common man. But still we are human beings and have basic instincts to look young in the mirror and stay fit, so we need to follow some norms or tips!!! Here are some basic tips on how to look fit and stay younger:

  • Go for a morning walk and take healthy food. Have a check on your tongue and avoid having junk foods.
  • Stop eating oily food. Do exercise and yoga on a regular basis.
  • Try to rise early in the morning and go to bed early at night.
  • Avoid overeating and but don’t sleep on an empty stomach.
  • Maintain a disciplined work schedule.
  • Don’t put extra workload and stay safe and calm.
  • Stay free and fearless and get rid of tensions.
  • Always take a good care of your health.
  • Never lose your temper. Be cool and patient.
  • Avoid smoking and taking alcohols.

The above-stated tips are the basic norms for looking and staying younger. Keep practising these and enjoy your life like a rock star. Some more ways to look fit and stay younger are as follows:

  • Have a close look on your skin when you are 35+. Get rid of wrinkles.
  • Use necessary solutions and medicines for your nifty skin.
  • Don’t rub your skin with any non-branded cream or lotion.
  • Make the best use of sun guard or sun cream.
  • Always use skin-friendly lotions and cream which suits your skin best.
  • Take a good care of skin and hair. Do not get over cautious about your skin and hair.
  • Leave extra fatty food and always depend on homemade food.
  • Avoid oily stuff and get habituated with green vegetables.
  • If you are an alcoholic then avoid drinking more.
  • Never try to do anything extravagant, be normal and stick to basics. But if you are too worried about age, then you may take some anti-ageing pills. But before taking those pills, consult with a physician, please. But over consciousness again may cause some hanky-panky stuff which can lead you to an awkward mess. So, be careful and stay safe.
