All of us want to have a very strong immune system. We do a lot for improving our immunity. We take natural edible products. Garlic is one of them. So, you can include Garlic your food by preparing Garlic breads and taking them in your breakfast. It is sure that you will be able to make your immune system strong.
- Breads/hotdog rolls
- Cheese spread
- Salt to taste
- Garlic paste
- Mixed herbs
- Make a mixture of garlic paste, cheese spread, salt and mixed herbs.
- Keep the mixture aside.
- Cut the bread rolls and spread the prepared mixture.
- After spreading the mixture on bread pieces, keep them on a baking tray.
- Place the baking tray on a hot oven for a few minutes.
- When the bread slices become crispy, remove the baking tray from the oven.
- Serve Garlic breads to your near & dear ones.
