Permanent staying young is impossible, but we can slow down our aging process so that we can feel young. Before going deep on how to stay young, we have to understand the ageing.

Ageing is a process.

It starts when you are in womb. Ageing happens every friction of time. Ageing is the continuous changes in your external and internal body parts. You can’t stop it, but you can slow down it by keeping a close look on what you eat and which environment you live in.

If you want staying young, you have to focus on three things:

1. Physical: e.g doing exercise daily
2. Mental: e.g read something positive daily
3. Emotional: e.g laugh and love a lot

Here we are going to list some practices to stay young. The practices are based on on these three things – physical, mental and emotional.

Gratitude:

It is very important for you. Every one of you should be thankful for what they have. If you are thankful for what you have, you feel positive which creates lots of energy to achieve goals. Other benefits of gratitude:

  • Gratitude lets you live longer
  • Gratitude increase your energy levels
  • Gratitude makes us feel good
  • Gratitude helps us relax
  • Gratitude makes you look good.

Drink enough water in the morning:

Drinking water in the morning mobilizes and cleans the system. It Re-hydrates the body.
It boosts the metabolism, which helps to digest morning breakfast. It helps in flush out the toxin from your body. In the morning, our brain is operating in low fuel when we’re dehydrated. This can cause you to feel tired, drained, may lead to headaches. Therefore, drinking water helps to boost our system. Also, drinking water should be slowly, as it allows your saliva to get dissolved nicely with each chunk.

Workout:

If you are doing exercise regularly, you will have following benefits:

  • Enhanced self-confidence
  • Sound sleep at night
  • No or less chance of getting stressed or having anxiety
  • Improved sexual performance
  • Increased libido
  • Healthy & fit body
  • Better mood

Good nutrition & Eat only when hungry :

The human body needs food every 3 to 5 hours to prevent metabolism slowdowns, crankiness, and cravings. So, take meal when body gives the signals. It must be balanced one. I mean it should have all the nutritional elements like carbohydrate, protein, fat, vitamin and minerals.

Fast at least once per month:

It is the fact that more people in the world die of overeating than from starvation. So take care what you put in the body.

Do mental aerobics:

Mental aerobics means exercise your mind so that it can be more active. You can perform lots of activity like learn a second language and an activity that requires using your brain, solve puzzles.

Practice Deep Relaxation:

You will be amazed when you follow this activity. Two or three times in a week you can spend some time in quieting the mind in order to create inner peace. Try breathing exercise.

Avoid junk foods, fried foods:

If you take regularly, make a commit to have only once in a week. Eat healthy organic foods. Stay away from junk foods.

Stop worrying:

Stop worrying about things that you cannot change.

Discover new things:

Our mind reacts and active when we learn new things or discover something new, including those ridiculous ones that are used by people much younger than you.
